The BioMatter lab’s mission is to focus on the development of sustainable biomass materials for biomedical applications by integrating knowledge from different disciplines, including materials and chemical engineering, tissue engineering, chemistry, and biology.
Through collaboration, we also have access to a wide range of materials characterization equipment such as XRD, TGA, DSC, FTIR, SEM, and TEM and the Center for Microscopy and molecular imaging (CMMI)
